In most situations the location of a leaking underground water pipe is a mystery. A plumber would come, and unless water was surfacing, you would be given a price to replace the entire line. Areas under concrete slabs would rarely show where the leak location. Large areas or concrete would be removed or the pipe would be entirely be rerouted. There are very few companies that will offer underground leak detection and 99% of these companies are not qualified to preform the repairs. These companies would mark the area where they believe the leak to be and the homeowner would need to contract a plumber to make the repair. Many times the location marked would not be where the leak actually was and the homeowner would still need to pay the plumber for the efforts and for further work. Most leak detection companies do not offer guarantees of success so the homeowner would be left owing them a bill as well. 

We have decided to simplify the process by purchasing the latest in leak detection technologies and training our staff to operate the equipment efficiently. With the equipment we will be able to accurately locate the leak source location even under concrete, trace pipe routes if metallic or they have a tracer wire, and provide a simple streamline solution. We feel that in doing this, we will be able to offer accountability in actually location the leak, as well as simplifying the process by working with one contractor. If a leak is located incorrectly we will also be able to preform further investigation without the homeowner rescheduling with the leak detection company.
